From the Desk of the Chief Executive

Dear Readers,

I feel immense pleasure to put my message on this blog and hopefully you would take your precious time to go through it.

National Forum for Environment & Health (NFEH) is organizing the 6th International CSR Summit 2014, on February 20th, at Marriott Hotel Karachi with the collaboration of UNEP, KCCI, and FPCCI.

We understand the emerging roles of CSR and have been assessing the problems that are being faced by corporate organizations in incorporating and promoting CSR initiatives effectively in their businesses. Therefore, NFEH had taken the initiative in 2007 for the promotion of CSR in Pakistan and since then providing interactive platforms to all commercial and non-Commercial Organizations, Media, CSR Activists and Funding Organizations.

What to expect in 2014?

• Leading insight from CEOs: Board members give a different perspective to CSR execs – they know where sustainability is heading and can share the decisions and strategies that will have impact on you. So far I’ve secured CEOs from Toyota Indus Motors, Gillette Pakistan, Jang Group, FESF, NMC, Indus Hospital, Make A Wish, Navitus, and few more will join us.
• 3x the learning: Three tracks will run parallel during the day to allow you to tailor your specific needs. Whether you work for a B2B or B2C company we have targeted sessions designed for you.

• 250+ Corporate peers: CRS’13 brought together over 200 of your corporate peers, in 2014 expect over 250 senior executives from World’s biggest brands including; P&G, Mitsubishi, Bayer, GE, Abbott and many more.

I hope that this year’s summit would become another milestone in Pakistani corporate sector in terms of more CSR scope and success than previous tenures.
Looking forward in having your kind participation
