6th International CSR Summit and Awards 2014 Showcase

6th CSR Summit & Awards was held on February 20th, 2014 at Marriott Hotel, Karachi. The event was organized by NFEH to provide an innovative platform of interaction and networking, while creating awareness about CSR among the conference delegates. 

The experts and CEOs of various leading organizations attended the event and discussed the emerging concepts and issues relating to CSR in Pakistan and provided remedies based on practical approaches and implementation techniques.

Well known corporate companies and personalities participated the event and there was an award ceremony that presented CSR Awards 2014 to winners for their best CSR corporate approach

On the significant event of the 6^th International CSR Summit 2014, a well known CSR expert and Advisor to Karachi Chambers of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) and CEO Coastals sent his visionary message to our blog and the FB page that contains following:

‘’ Health and education services are in a dilapidated state in our country there for CSR has become a vital tool to help unfortunate and unprivileged masses of the country’’ 

 We are proud to pledge that the above mentioned vision will be carried out through our CSR Summit Tools through social media campaigning, in a post event session we will start work on that under the guidance of Mr. Ateeq Ur Rehman.

Dear Readers,

I feel immense pleasure to put my message on this blog and hopefully you would take your precious time to go through it.

National Forum for Environment & Health (NFEH) is organizing the 6th International CSR Summit 2014, on February 20th, at Marriott Hotel Karachi with the collaboration of UNEP, KCCI, and FPCCI. 

We understand the emerging roles of CSR and have been assessing the problems that are being faced by corporate organizations in incorporating and promoting CSR initiatives effectively in their businesses. Therefore, NFEH had taken the initiative in 2007 for the promotion of CSR in Pakistan and since then providing interactive platforms to all commercial and non-Commercial Organizations, Media, CSR Activists and Funding Organizations.
